Onsite locations can be an effective approach for organizations that frequently process a large volume of travel visa applications or require highly customized service. CVISA can train and place staff at your business location, or service your needs by housing a dedicated team of support staff within our own offices.
CVISA will assign a dedicated account manager to oversee your account. This senior CVISA staff member will work on your behalf to ensure the highest level of service and support for your organization. Additionally, CVISA will develop and provide quarterly reports detailing account activity.

Personalized Service

Same Day Submittals
CVISA can process travel visas and passports in as little as a day. Applications received in our office by 8:30 a.m. are submitted to the appropriate embassy or consulate the same day. Work is never placed on hold or delayed, regardless of the deadline.

Airport Meet & Greet Delivery
CIVSA helps clients meet tight travel deadlines with our Airport Meet & Greet delivery service. We arrange for couriers to collect passports at the airport from arriving travelers in need of expedited processing. We can also coordinate the delivery of passports for departing travelers who have applied for urgent, last-minute visas.
Application Management
CVISA offers two ways to manage applications with the onsite team. Customers can choose to order online or use a manual order form, in which case CVISA staff will complete the order process on behalf of the employee.
Proprietary Database
CVISA customers can access a proprietary, state-of-the-art database that contains specific travel requirements for China. We provide each traveler with a customized CVISA Application Pack containing simple and complete instructions specific to their travel visa or passport needs.
