Is your photo not in the correct format or does it fail to meet the biometric standards? Please take a new high-quality photo with a white background, or you can use a photo booth at the train station. Scan the photo and email it to us—we will reproduce your photo! Below, you can download photo templates and view images that meet the regulations.

Please remember that we require a color scan with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The cost is 10 GBP/CHF/EUR per photo.
