CVISA Visa Pre-Check service will review your documents within 4 hours of receipt. For email requests received before 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, the contact for the order will receive a response the same day. Requests received after 5:00 pm will be responded to by 10:00 am the following business day.

By submitting your documents to CVISA for pre-checking, you consent to the following statements in addition to the standard CVISA terms and conditions:

To complete a thorough check, we require a scan of the applicant’s identity page(s) of the passport along with any residence visas to be included with the supporting documentation for the visa.

CVISA will only check the documentation submitted at the time. We will be unable to advise of any missing documentation, so please ensure all documents requested on the CVISA website are submitted for pre-checking.

The pre-checking service is non-refundable, and charges will apply at the time of checking.

Additional fees will apply if a second check of your documents is needed after amendments have been made to the original documents that were submitted.
