Must to know
The ideal time to apply for your China visa is 2-3months before your travel date but not early than 3 month.. However, if you are on a tight schedule, we may be able to expedite the process, depending on the Embassy’s discretion.
Applicant must send your actual passport, not a copy. The China visa is stamped directly onto a page in your passport. Visa requests cannot be processed without your original passport.
Due to the importance of your passport, we strongly recommend using a secure method, such as a guaranteed postal service or courier, to send your application.

Appointment-Based System & Processing Times
The Chinese Consulate requires all visa applicants in age 14 to 70 to submit fingerprints at designated facilities. Your application will not be considered complete without the submission of fingerprints.

After placing your order, please complete the China Application Form and securely upload your documents at CVISA Upload Forms. Once your form and documents have been reviewed by one of our specialists, a CVISA consultant will contact you to set up your fingerprint collection appointment.
Applicants must attend the fingerprint appointment in person and submit their fingerprints, visa application form, and supporting documents. The consular fee will be paid by the applicant at the time of the fingerprint collection.
